About this course:
This course is designed to give learners the basic electrical knowledge needed to assist workers understand their basic requirements wcitb construction skills logohen working with electricity and electrical circuits.
It is suitable for engineers from all trades who need or wish to have a good basic electrical knowledge and enables individuals who need to carry out electrical work to comply with the requirements of the Electricity at Work Act 1989.
Duration: 2 days (12hrs CPD)
Course Aims:
On Completion of this course delegates should be able to:

- Perform safe isolation
- Operate test instruments correctly
- Define Single Phase and Three Phase power generation
- Identify control and protection devices
- Identify earthing arrangements
- Terminate cables, flexible cords and PVC cables
- Carry out electrical tests
- Interpret wiring diagrams
